Field Maintenance
Planned and responsive maintenance contracts for structures, roofs and safety systems.

What field maintenance covers
Field maintenance is the recurring work that keeps a site running: inspections of roofs, steelwork and fall-protection gear, planned service visits, and the small repairs that stop a defect becoming an outage — replacing loose fasteners, sealing a flashing, touching up corroded steel, re-securing a guardrail.
It is bought two ways: a scheduled agreement with fixed visits and a defined task list, or ad-hoc call-outs when something needs attention. Either way the work sits under one service line — field maintenance work — so your facilities team has one number to call.
Inspect, report, act
Each visit follows a checklist written for your assets: roof sheets, gutters, flashings, fasteners, corrosion on structural steel, anchor tags and lifeline condition. Findings are photographed and graded — act now, schedule, monitor — and you receive a report after every visit, not only at the end of the contract.
Safe, minor repairs are completed on the spot. Anything structural is quoted as a scoped package so the cost stays visible before work starts. Roof findings feed a repair plan ahead of storm season; fall-protection findings trigger height safety re-inspection before a tag expires.
Planned visits, fewer emergencies
Annual plans bundle inspection with a set number of service hours at a fixed price, which gives facilities a predictable budget and gives us the access to catch deterioration early — the cheapest repair is the one made months before the storm, not after it.
When a fault is urgent — a leak over equipment or damaged fall protection — it is triaged ahead of routine work; access permits and site rules set the actual window. Both routes start with the same site survey so we know what we are maintaining before we quote it.
