Roofing & Envelope
We sheet, purlin and brace roofs for warehouses, plants and hangars — weathertight and ready to inspect.

What roofing and envelope covers
The building envelope is the barrier between inside and outside: roof sheeting, insulation, flashings, ridge and parapet details, plus the purlins and bracing that hold the system in plane. Red Ocean installs complete roof systems on industrial buildings, from single-span warehouses to multi-bay plants.
The discipline covers three service lines — general roofing installation, roof purlin and roof envelope and bracing. Order them together as one weathertight shell, or separately when the structural frame is already standing.
From survey to weathertight
We survey first: deck condition, span measurements, upstand heights and drainage falls. The sheet layout is set to avoid waste and keep fastener rows straight, cut edges are sealed, and flashings are prefabricated to the actual profile rather than improvised on site.
Sequencing keeps the building dry. Purlins and bracing set the plane, sheeting follows bay by bay, flashings close the edges, and penetrations — vents, cable trays, air-conditioning bases — are detailed last so nothing compromises the water path. Each completed bay is checked before the next one opens.
Weather, height and handover
Rain and heat drive the programme. We monitor forecasts, keep sheeting inside the dry window and stop work when the surface cannot be safely accessed. Crews working above ground use fall protection, coordinated with our height safety team where anchors already exist.
Handover includes the as-built sheet layout, a penetration register, supplier warranty documents where applicable, and a maintenance checklist for your facilities team — gutter clearing, fastener re-torque schedule and inspection points for the next storm season.
