Field Maintenance Work
Repairs, building services and site upkeep executed on a schedule or on call — one crew, one report.

What field maintenance work includes
This is the executed side of field maintenance: the repairs and upkeep visits themselves. Crews handle the defects that stop a site running — roof leaks, loose steel, damaged fall protection — together with the building services work that keeps an occupied site comfortable and accountable: electrical repairs, air-conditioning servicing, masonry and paint.
Work is booked as a scheduled agreement with fixed visits or called out when something needs attention. Either way, one report follows each visit so facilities see what was done, what was found and what is coming.
Defects are triaged when they are reported: safety-critical items — a loose guardrail, a water ingress over switchgear, a damaged lifeline — are isolated and fixed first, while cosmetic work waits its turn. The triage call is made by the same coordinator who schedules the visit, so priority does not change between the phone and the site.
Building services kept running
Electrical maintenance covers inspection and fault-finding on small power and lighting, with repairs carried out under permit and circuits tested before they are handed back. Air-conditioning units are serviced on interval — filters, belts, coils and refrigerant checks — so failures are found in a routine visit rather than on the hottest day of the year.
Masonry and paint works restore what weather and use take out of a building: repointing, plaster repairs, coatings and touch-ups inside and outside, matched to the existing finish.
Cleaning, pest control and asset tagging
The same visits cover the works that keep a site presentable and traceable: building and façade cleaning, chemical cleaning of equipment and floors, and scheduled pest control for warehouses and offices.
Asset tagging labels equipment with an identifier tied to a register, so inspection dates, service history and spares line up per asset. It is a small job that makes every later maintenance decision faster.
Cleaning and pest control are scheduled around operations as well: chemical cleaning of equipment is booked with the plant shut down and the area cordoned, and pest control rotations follow the seasons rather than a calendar reminder alone. Records of what was applied, where and by whom go into the same register as the asset tags, which keeps the site audit file in one place instead of three.
One crew, one report, one call
Bundling structural upkeep with building services means fewer contractors on site and one number for facilities to call. Safety-critical faults are triaged ahead of routine work; access permits and site rules set the actual window.
For sites with an agreement in place, the visit plan is issued for the year with dates agreed in advance, so your facilities team can plan around it and we can resource it properly. Visits that fall near inspections or shutdowns are moved to suit the plant, because maintenance that fights the operating schedule loses to it.
Inspections of roofs, steelwork and fall-protection gear feed the same report, so height safety re-inspection and roof repair plans are triggered before tags or warranties expire. Send the site list and we will build the maintenance proposal.
