CASE STUDY

7,200 m² roof and 2,100 m² wall reclad completed in 12 weeks over live logistics operations.

The challenge

A logistics shed in Tabuk had wind-damaged sheeting and failing wall cladding, with the tenant operating 24/7 underneath. Sandstorms stopped work an average of two days a week in spring, and recladding had to progress without letting dust into a building holding packaged goods.

Our approach

We reclad in six windward-to-leeward bays, each sealed before the next opened, with the roof handed back weatherproof every Friday. Purlins were re-fixed and bridging added where wind uplift had worked fixings loose, wind posts and frames were re-tied to the primary steel, and dust screens held inside while old sheet came off outside. Work paused at sustained 25 km/h winds by agreed trigger.

The result

Twelve weeks around a live tenant: 7,200 m² roof and 2,100 m² wall reclad, every bay sealed before sandstorm days, zero product contamination claims, zero lost-time injuries across 12,800 safe man-hours.
