64-outlet retail centre maintained for 12 months with all works inside the 02:00–07:00 window.
The challenge
A retail centre in Jeddah trades 10:00–24:00 daily, so every maintenance task — AC servicing, lighting circuits, paint and masonry — had to run between 02:00 and 07:00 without leaving a mess at opening. Pre-Ramadan readiness added a compressed surge of works, and outlet owners complained historically about noise and dust.
Our approach
We built a night-shift plan by zone with each outlet restored and cleaned before 07:00, using low-noise tools and dust extraction for all cutting. AC servicing was batched by rooftop plant so crane lifts happened on scheduled nights, electrical works were isolated circuit by circuit with the centre’s own technicians, and pest control and deep cleaning ran on a separate pre-opening cycle. A zone lead signed a photographic handback each morning.
The result
Twelve months with zero opening delays, zero outlet complaints logged, 1,480 callouts closed within SLA, zero lost-time injuries across 11,200 safe man-hours — and the Ramadan readiness works completed six nights ahead of plan.
